Offspring Continues to shine
Imagine a family full of love, friendship and undeniable devotion to one another, despite the drama, complete disrespect for each others space, and in your face truthfulness. Introducing the Proudman family from the hit series Offspring.
Asher Keddie shines in her role as Dr Nina Proudman obstetrics superwoman, seeker of true love and control freak. Nina's obsessive over analysing nature will not only make you laugh, but will, as well, make you think twice about attraction, and what actually draws two people together, with sometimes catastrophic results.
Whilst Nina's siblings, sister Billie and younger brother Jimmy face their own struggles with true love, and Nina's parents, ladies man Darcy Proudman and the outspoken Geraldine continue to surprise with their own ongoing relationship dramas, Nina still manages to maintain a calm exterior with her carefully constructed to do lists and sometimes not so carefully hidden imagination.
Offspring is beautifully written and brilliantly portrayed by a superb cast of actors.
It's real, its funny, its current and its a must see.
